ALPHADOCS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from AlphaDocs. Because we sell digital products (downloadable templates, guides, and toolkits), all sales are final once the product has been delivered and downloaded.

 

NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS

 

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product and that refunds are not available after delivery.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

We want every customer to have a great experience. We may consider a refund or store credit in the following situations:

 

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
  • - The product file is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
  • - You did not receive the product and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue

To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@alphadocs.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
